So, in order to meet the demand for pork meat and to overcome the issue of seasonality, global manufacturers have introduced frozen meat products. The shelf life of frozen pork meat is expected to be from four months to ten months. Major factors like rise in working population, growing per capita income, change in lifestyle, and demand for frozen meat are accelerating the growth of the frozen meat market.
