Manual paint spray machines are used by DIY enthusiasts and professional painters to apply paint on different surfaces. These sprayers depend on external pressure to atomize liquid paint before dispersing it on the desired surface. Additionally, due to the diverse range of sizes, capacities, and operational principles, paint spray guns are accessible to both professional and non-professional users.
The increasing popularity of paint spray machines can be attributed to their advantageous characteristics such as their ability to reach challenging or inaccessible areas and capability to apply paint with high speed and precision. These machines are divided into two categories, namely HVLP and airless sprayers.
HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) paint sprayers are suitable for applications demanding precision and flawless finish. These sprayers rely on airflow and paint volume adjustments to achieve swift and uniform paint delivery, ideal for detailed work. HVLP paint sprayers efficiently cover large surfaces and are equally effective for finishing tasks.
Skilled professionals commonly employ airless paint sprayers for extensive areas like interior walls as well as outer side of wall. These sprayers utilize pressurized force to dispense a significant quantity of paint efficiently. Airless spray painting can effectively deliver paint at a speed ranging between half a gallon to 2 gallons per minute.
The demand for manual paint spray machines is growing rapidly due to an expansion of the automotive and construction sectors. They are utilized in metal processing for applying protective coatings and enhancing the aesthetics of metal surfaces. In the construction industry, paint spray machines are used for uniform and swift application of coatings on prefabricated construction items like beams, panels, walls, and many more.
As per the report published by Allied Market Research, the global manual paint spray machines market is anticipated to display a notable CAGR of 2.8% by 2032. Based on the power source, the pneumatic segment is projected to gain the largest revenue of $381.2 million during the forecast period. The electric and gas-powered segment, on the other hand, would generate revenue of $462.1 million by 2032. Based on country, the market across South Africa is expected to cite a noteworthy CAGR of 8.9% from 2023 to 2032 and the U.A.E. is estimated to rank second with 8.4% CAGR throughout the forecast timeframe.
Sames North America updated its Light Manual Airmix Spray Guns
Sames North America has upgraded its Xcite+ and Xcite+ Light manual Airmix spray guns. These updated models retain the features present in the previous Xcite manual spray gun while incorporating technical improvements. According to the company, these guns also offer exceptional performance and produce a superior finish quality.
Although visually identical to the Xcite, the Xcite+ incorporates certain advancements geared toward improving spray quality and overall usability. Currently, it involves a deflector and diffuser, aiming to refine the atomization process during spraying, resulting in a finer spray quality. Furthermore, the redesigned trigger differs from the previous models, which minimizes finger pinching during operation.
To sum up, the global manual paint spray machines industry is growing rapidly and is anticipated to expand even further in the upcoming years.
