Similarly, in March 2024, ZF Rane Automotive India Private Limited, a steering systems developer, released a press statement announcing the acquisition of a 100% stake in TRW Sun Steering Wheels Private Limited (TSSW), a steering wheel manufacturer. As per the press release, this move is predicted to help ZF Rane Automotive India Private Limited to solidify its position in the industry in the near future.
