Consumption of Greek yogurt may enhance bone health as it is enriched with protein and calcium. As calcium is essential for good bone health, eating Greek yogurt can minimize the risks of bone diseases such as osteoporosis.
As mentioned above, Greek yogurt contains protein so it may help reduce hunger and aid feel fuller for a longer period. According to studies, increasing dietary protein can lower the overall consumption of calories and promote weight loss.
