This plant features IoT-enabled control systems to minimize waste, reduce CO2 emissions through a Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer, recover heat, and enhance fuel efficiency and consistency.

3M Xtract™ Brand introduced virtually dust-free sanding

3M launched the 3M Xtract™ Cubitron™ II 710W Net Abrasive Disc in November 2021. This innovative product offers twice the cut rate while removing up to 97% of dust particles during the sanding of metal, wood, and composite surfaces. These discs feature 3M Precision-Shaped Grain technology, developed to fracture into sharp cutting edges. This technology enables 3M Xtract™ mesh abrasives to deliver twice the cut-rate and abrasive life compared to leading competitors' net discs.
