It also highlighted that this launch will disrupt the traditional flexible nails used in the pediatric orthopedic fractures with the fixed nailing in children. FDA Approval for New Orthopedic Device

The Orthopaedic Implant Company (OIC) based in Nevada, availed the approval of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its dorsal spanning plate. The company made the product commercially available in the U.S. after the approval. This product is nothing but the first high-quality dorsal spanning plate, according to the company. This plate will be added to the trauma implant portfolio for improving the effect of DRPx wrist fracture plating system.
