Naturally, the US government has invested heavily in modern defense technologies including aerospace telemetry systems, as a result of which the industry has expanded massively in the region. Moreover, many multinational conglomerates which are headquartered in the US such as Honeywell International Inc., Curtiss-Wright Corporation, L3Harris Technologies, etc., have launched several innovative products which have also contributed to the growth of the landscape in North America.
The growing deployment of unmanned aerial vehicles in spheres of infrastructure development, agriculture, defense, and environment monitoring has led to a surge in demand for telemetry systems as they aid in establishing a communication network with drones and UAVs. Furthermore, the R&D activities that have been undertaken by several research institutes in this province have helped in the seamless integration of advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, IoT, and big data analysis. Both these factors have augmented the growth rate of the industry in North America.
